The property staff was great. However no elevator do not go there if you have any disabilities. Our bill showed $40/day for housekeeping which was never mentioned and tips were given for service as is customary. I found this outrageous $20/pp per day. There is no shop on premises for sundries. Room service comes in paper bags

Beautiful, comfortable room in a gorgeous location. Beautiful beach and pool on the beach.

Outstanding ocean view. Quiet. Uncrowded.

Food was not worth the high price. Steep downhill ramp to the beach. Exceptionally small gym.

The bed was a little bit creaky. Otherwise a truly amazing place.

Azura is beautiful! It’s a breathtaking place. Staff beyond kind and helpful! Kathy, Jayden and Sammy were exceptional and went above and beyond for us during our stay! I would stay again, however, without children. The only drawback here is the restaurant. The menu is limited and doesn’t change. Cannot eat there day after day. Not suitable menu for children at all…… but all in all gorgeous place !

The customer service at the front desk was very disorganized and disappointing. We received no details upon the directory and had to realize for our own that there was a QR code in the room. The menu for room service was not in the room and couldn’t utilize that service because online the menu is wrong as the staff in SURF stated. Samuel was wonderful and the cleaning lady did very well. Other than that, poor service.
