Very well kept, clean, comfortable beds.

No air conditioner!! For such a high price. I was not informed of it. I got to the room, and it was hot and stuffy. There was a box fan I put in the window. It would have been ok if I could have left the window open, but I was on the ground floor, very open. So it was a hot night.

Great location. Right on the mall and immediately next to the bus stop that takes you to the transfer to get to Aspen, all free. The staff could not have been better. From the moment I checked in to even after I checked out. Dave greeted me kindly and offered lots of information about getting to my room and other things in the area. After we left, I realized I left my wallet and they double checked the room for me. I would definitely stay here again and plan to. The pool and hot tub were really clean too! Breakfast was simple but a nice to have before a long day out exploring. Our room was spacious and clean.

"If they don’t have AC they should advertise it and refund money. Also there was no water in the tub"
