Older building, carefully maintained. Snowmass Mall is across the street. Five minute walk to skiing. Village and Aspen bus stops closer. Outside entry to most rooms; snow can cover walkways. No elevator. Parking off site.

A clean room, comfortable bed, easy access to the slopes, and a clean working hot tub at a great price. I'm not here to live in a hotel room or have a fancy lobby or on site restaurant. Too much else to explore in Aspen. And airport shuttle service, #winning, when ASE flights are not cancelled. That's a while different United Airlines review...

Love the old school feel of this condotel. Can’t beat the location that is a fraction of the cost of condos in the area. Highly recommend.

We were thrilled to be able to get the last room during a snow storm in Snowmass that cancelled our flight out. David and John went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and help out. I highly recommend this hotel for the location, the staff, and the view.

Walkable and centrally located

Super friendly and helpful staff. A great alternative for those whose budget doesn't include the much more expensive luxury hotels nearby. 1 short block from the slopes. Highly recommended.
