This place came just when I needed it. I booked it one hour before I got there and got there two hours before it opened. I sat in the garden for an hour then the owners mother let me in.

Clean and well fitted out. Cold room. Difficulty making contact with owner on arrival and directed by telephone to a room already in occupation

The room was spacious, all new and very clean. It was located just a few blocks from the Via Francigena.

A private bath would have been nice, but we knew in advance it was a shared bath so it was not an issue. The bathroom was very spacious and modern and the shower was excellent. One thing to keep in mind is that the town has limited services, especially on Sunday.

Excellent : le bâtiment, la chambre, la propreté Note négative : nous n'avons vu personne ni à l'arrivée ni au départ. On nous a donné un code pour prendre la clé, et on nous a laissé un formulaire à remplir sur une table. C'est tout, pas un bienvenu, pas un "merci et au revoir". Très froid comme approche commerciale

La struttura è molto bella, spaziosa e pulita. La nostra camera era ampia e luminosa ed il bagno degno di un hotel 4 stelle. Dispone di un ampio giardino in cui è possibile consumare i pasti e la zona è tranquilla. Il proprietario è stato molto gentile ed accogliente.
