"overall, great experience, staff was super"

- texting with staff for quick questions - access to sauna and hot tub after skiing

- the humidifiers didnt work (lacked filters) - only one frying pan - tv and xfiniti box were old and super slow - parking in front of A2 was challenging

"Terrible staff of the racquet club!"

The apartment was somewhat fine but there is an animosity between the racquet club employees and rental units staff.. obviously racquet club does not want these apartments to be rented so they make sure to be impolite to visitors/ skiers..

The staff s attitude to me and my family during usage of the facilities ( pool/ sauna spa) was unbelievably disrespectful! "Good spot if you don’t wanna spend too much time in the resort besides spa"

Outdoor pool and hot tubs were really nice

Basement apartments are really dark, and sauna is only in the changing rooms.

Overall great condo to stay in Vail. The Condo was clean, and the staff was friendly and assisted withbany quetions. I enjoyed being able to make breakfast in the morning before hitting the slopes. Getting to Vail Sky Resort was easy with the local transportation bus that passed every 15 min. Definitely will return.

"Winter Wonderland"

When my family comes into town to visit they always stay at the Vail Racquet club! We love the charming property, and using all the amenities. Great neighborhood for walks and a nice park just around the bend. The bus to vail from VRC could not be more convenient for getting to/from Vail Village. WE LOVE THE VRC!!!

Ground floor bedrooms had external doors which were not able to be locked as the deadbolts were not operational.
