There was a lovely person that worked there and the name is Rio. Very bubbly and sweet person. - we also loved the new years evening dinner, it was amazing.

Everything was good until we needed a taxi to get to the airport but this service was the worst out of all the hotels we've been to . We almost missed our flight because of that.

The property is very close to the beach, shopping, and food. The bed was a little hard for me... But I know many people love a harder bed. The WiFi was also not very strong in our room. It was still a good stay and (provided the price was right) would stay again.
