The location was good

Felt unsafe at night. Tried to take my kids swimming during day but was just people drinking by the pool.

Quiet and close to the beach. Owner was very friendly

Wish I stayed longer

The location is amazing. It is right across from the beach and the St. Johns County Pier, and it is right next to the salt life food shack and crabby's. If you don't want to go to historic downtown, you can park and not have to drive again until you leave.

It is slightly old...it used to be the old Super 8 and has that familiar musty smell to it.

Clean, no-frills motel that is perfect for a weekend concert and beach visit. The beach is literally a walk across the road, and several restaurants and a breakfast cafe are all within easy walking distance. We only needed to drive to The Amp for a concert. The rooms were surprisingly quiet. Unsure what it would be like during busier spring break times, but for our overnight trip on a weekend in April was peaceful.

lighting was a little dim in the room and the charger plug-ins next to the bed did not work, but those are total first world problems. it was nbd especially for the great price.

Location, close to the beach.

The first impression was bad from the get-go. The office smelled on heavy curry. Omg, it was too much. King bed was an old "1999" spring mattress, very bouncy, uncomfortable bed. Smell was like smokey, musty. But, the room was renovated( floors, bathroom, paint). Not the furniture. It was old. The shower is so small I couldn't turn around the rinse off myself, and I'm an average guy . Neither could my wife, and she is much smaller. Thank goodness the a/c running made it kinda dissipate with air freshener that I had to buy. All though in general, the room was clean. The internet was bad, very unstable. Kept coming on/off the whole time. I couldn't use my data, as AT&T service there was nmbad as well. The office was unhelpful, resolving the wifi issue.

Walking distance to everything beachside. Cute and clean . Staff was nice. Room and facilities were clean and somewhat updated

It's a good location.the beach is across the street. Restaurants near by so there plenty different types of food to choose from. It's clean. Beds are comfy. Prices are good. Will stay again. Thank you
