"Excellent"

Staff was friendly and helpful. Bed was comfortable. Room was large and clean. Coffee in the lobby was amazing, some of the best coffee I have ever had.

I found out this year there were trails so we took Winter on a walk on one before we took her the rest of the way to her aunts and she loved it.

"Visting Land Between The Lakes"

The staff was friendly. The room was spacious. We were visiting Land Between The Lakes for the first time, and it is within 10 minutes from there. If I were visting LBL again, I would stay here.

It was horrible

The beds were hard as a rock. Tv didnโ€™t work and room had a weird smell. The toilet wouldnโ€™t flush.

"Avoid at all cost"

There was no hot water, the water only got warm so we were unable to take showers. When something was said to the staff the only response that we got is "we know, we have told the owner but nothing ever gets done about it".
