Doften på rummet. Deras rengöringsmedel luktar tyvärr en kombo av starka rengöringsmedel och väldigt mycket jasmin.

Nothing special for 5 star hotel! I thought I would get extra fancy stuff but basic

Drake Ly was amazing, he went above and beyond to help accommodate my requests. Interconnecting rooms for our family of 6. He arrange our private transport and recommended bakeries who could custom make 2x birthday cakes for my husband and son with 3 days notice. Staff were kind enough to give us a late checkout since our flight was not until evening. Short walking distance to Vincom Plaza. The breakfast juice Strawberry and Guava is to die for, that's all i had every day!! Their yoghurt jars are yummy too, make sure to add their diced up fruits into the yoghurt. They have cold platters, salad bar station, fruit + yoghurt station, hot food, cereal station, small bread and cake station and noodle station by the kitchen - rotating noodles each day.

Was there for 3 days, breakfast was ok, could do with a bit more selection. However this breakfast spread is pretty standard all over vietnam, more than other places I've been to so can't complain. Overall amazing experiece!!

I had a problem being woken up by loud construction at 8am. I said something to the hotel staff because I didn't get much sleep. Besides moving my room, they gave me an extra night. When I got to my room there was also a fruit plate and cake and a letter of apology. What started out bad, the staff made up for it.

Very little sleep. Hotel guests talk loud at all hours. Not the hotels fault per se, but perhaps some signs in Russian and Chinese to be respectful of guests after 10 pm might help. Was rudely awakened at 8 am with loud hammering and construction.
