"I would not recommend this hotel to anyone until it is renovated +the staff has been better trained"

Breakfast had great fruit and that was all that was good. Everything else was very processed.

Should never have been classified as a doubletree. Was very old, tired and falling apart. First night the shower head fell off the wall while I was showering. They couldn’t fix it so I had to move at midnight to another room with no offer of assistance. Only acknowledgement was a complimentary appetizer at the very unappealing bar that I had no time to use. Lock on second room was not working and took 4 trips down to front desk for new keys before they sent someone up to assess/fix. And then there was no apology. And the rest of the trip was pretty much like that. I am a gold HiltonHonors member and expect far better. I know this does not represent the usual service from this brand but I was truly blown away by the state of disrepair of the hotel and the ambivalence of many of the staff-there were a few gems among the staff, and I would be remiss if I did not know that.
