Impressive old style house located in beautiful green garden. We enjoyed breakfast and coffee time with wonderful views of sea and green hill from terrace. Excellent communication with owner. We liked a comfortable bedroom and its very nice smell. A good air-co.

Sometimes it was very noisy from street, there were construction works along, but of course it is not a fault of Bellavista, and it's for better in future. No wifi in room but there is information in place description so no surprise. One can connect via wifi in the garden.

Awesome location with a terrace facing the sunset at the sea.

WiFi does not cover the room fully.

The view and the staff. Leonardo is a kind person. He waited till the middle of the night to welcome us. And he gave me and my friend the apartment with the most beautiful view

We liked all and don’t have anything to complain about. My friend was sleeping on the couch and Leonardo brought us an extra bed.

Everything was fine. The best thing was the view of the sea and Castelsardo. Very good contact with Leonardo who responded quickly to our questions. For people who like to explore, quite good location in the north of Sardinia. Pretty nice beaches nearby. You need a car to see these amazing places in Sardinia.

There were a few minor inconveniences. For us it dosen't matter much. - weak wifi - kitchen equipment a bit poor -steep driveway to the parking lot

We had an apartment with a large patio and fantastic sea view 🥰. Check in was available from 12PM, which was great! We were greeted by the owner, Leonardo. He was very helpful and polite and responded quickly to any requests. You get your own parking space on the premises, which was great. I recommend this place if you wish to visit the north of Sardinia.

The only thing that we missed was an electric kettle. It would also be nice if kitchen had some basic supply of salt , tea, etc... But its just a suggestion.

We had a spacious apartment with an amazing view from the balcony. Leonardo is very friendly and welcoming host.
