Baymont by Wyndham Kasson Rochester Area

Make the extra drive to Rochester, it's not worth the $70 for a shower. Better off sleeping in your car and washing up in the river

The price was good, but ya get what you pay for. Everything is outdated, speakers don’t work, equipment was old, common areas were dinghy and dirty, probably haven’t been vacuumed in at least a month. Some rooms being lived in and junk piled in the back like mattresses and garbages etc. reeked of cat urine. There was ring around the toilet, dark splashes on the wall around toilet w bm on the back of the seat.. garbage’s were over flowing in breakfast area both days by 9. Couldn’t use the rusty freezer because there was 3 inches old ice build up. Everything closes early except the gas station. The restaurant next door was exceptional!!!!

Pool was under construction with ZERO communication. It was the single reason to book this hotel. The man working the desk said that they were going to charge for the room because it was my problem I went through a third party to book the room. If I had called directly I would have known about the pool. I called Booking.com’s customer care team and was assured I would see no charge. That isn’t true though. I was charged for the room.

The sheets Spoeared clean the mattress was fine…the tub needed a good scrubbing.

The place was run down and dirty. It smelled terrible.

AC did not work in accessible room, gave another room without safety bars, I have a wheelchair bound individual, could not use the shower, she could not use the bathroom independently and the hotel personal did not care. this is the most horrid stay I have ever had. cobwebs and mold in the room, musty smell, i was afraid to walk barefoot on the carpeting....

This place needs to be spruced up. Bathroom utilities rusty, appear dirty. Carpeting old. I only stared there because road construction made going in to another city difficult.

Every single piece was dirty. Rusty tissue dispenser, dirty bathtub, dirty towel, dirty carpet making sole black, no explanation about closed pool at check in, staff sitting in lobby sofa, clogged bath tub. Never stay here.

It could have been cleaner. Staff was good, when you could find them. For the cost, it was about what was expected.

Before we even check in we see a garbage pile two stories tall. The stairs and lobby looked like it hasnt seen a vacuume in a month. After we were notified the pool was closed untill inspections came through we decided to still stay due to a looong drive and the room was never cleaned from the previous stay. We asked for a refund and left just to see a week later that he still took our money. I have never left a bad review but this place really needs cleaned up
