"A Shady Hotel"

I recently stayed here during a business trip. The hotel is typical Staybridge--comfortable and attractive, but nothing exceptional. I'm giving this hotel a one star rating, as they charge a $4.99 per night security fee that you receive absolutely nothing for. What on earth is a security fee? Is the hotel not otherwise secure. I felt perfectly fine, but would have actually felt better without the fee. While my stays in Tulsa are all business expenses, I can't support this shady practice, so will not be returning, and sent an internal email to colleagues warning of this tactic.

"GREAT PLACE TO STAY!"

We’ve been staying at this hotel every time we visit Tulsa, and it’s always a great choice. The location is fantastic, with many restaurants within walking distance. The suites are spacious and the beds are incredibly comfortable. The suites have a refrigerator, microwave and stove. The staff at the front desk was exceptionally friendly and helpful. We also enjoyed our breakfast, which was delicious. Highly recommend this hotel!
