Days Inn by Wyndham Stoughton WI.

The woman at the front desk was very friendly. However the room itself was not very good. The website indicated that there are microwaves and refrigerators in every room. Our room only had a refrigerator and that had 5 cans of frozen soda in the freezer compartment. My biggest complaint would be the bathroom. There was no exhaust fan. Just a big hole where the fan should have been. There was also a large hole through which we could see the lath and plaster. Based on my check in, I was looking forward to a pleasant stay. Unfortunately I was quite disappointed.

Absolutely horrible. We first got there it looked pretty run down, figured out pretty quickly that the side doors to enter the hotel don't lock so my entire stay I felt unsafe. On top of that the rooms were DISGUSTING. Hair in the fridge and showers, lights flickered and filled with dead bugs etc. I could have looked past all of this if it wasn't for 2 things, the price was unreasonable for a 2 night stay in such conditions, almost $300. The worst of it tho was when me and my boyfriend were getting ready for check out. As we were getting our stuff together and making sure we weren't leaving anything behind, my boyfriend found someone else's dirty boxers, socks, and condoms behind a little bench where we had my dogs stuff. I would have preferred staying in my car for two nights than in that hotel ever again.

Was very dissappinted in this location. Every place was super high in Madison, so found this gem so I thought. But turns out was a night mare. The first room we were in we couldn't get the tv to work but roommate was filthy, there was like a thick steak if dirt that was black i thought it was black mold but was just dirt. My boyfriend later told me the place was covered in shower webs so thank God i didn't have my glasses in our if have freaked out as I'm totally deathly afraid of them. Then we switch rooms the bathroom tin had a thick layer of crime in bottom of tub. Both bed spreads looked stained and needed washing we didn't even want to get under the covers but sheets looked a bit ɓetter then the top cover and lord knows last time that was washed. Slept fully clothed with my sweater on and didn't cover up. We had the place 2 nights.... we barely made it 1. Left in morning never returned. Don't recommend

The website said there was a pool, however when we first arrived there were signs posted that the pool was permanently closed. The lady at the front desk was willing to cancel our stay so we could find elsewhere to stay, however we were out of luck due to the local football game that weekend. The bathroom in our room was cold all the time, had peeling paint above the door, smelled of mildew and could see that the shower hadn't been cleaned well at all as there was left over soap residue along with gunk and dust on the wall trays that the soap or other toiletries would be placed while using the shower. There was an HVAC vent fan directly in front of our door in the hall ceiling that was loud and constantly ran. The bed was obviously very worn and uncomfortable. Was ok for the one night we stayed, and thankful my children were older, but definitely would not stay again if I have another choice.

The front desk attendant was outstanding at check-in and the room was very nice & cozy.

There were no radios or clock radios/

The pool is permanently closed but given state of property, I wouldn’t go into pool anyway.

Was bummed the pool was out of commision. Booked because of the pool and price. Kids couldnt even go swimming. Wasnt even enough towels either. Only 1 person could shower

It was a very family based environment with quiet surroundings

Walls are super thin and you can literally hear everything in the room next door. I thought someone was using my bathroom in the middle of the night but they were actually in the room next door. The bath fan sounded like a chain saw and the light in the bathroom was just 2 exposed light bulbs and a bare fan motor that I could see.
