Great staff and good breakfast

Rooms need a little updating.

It was a quiet hotel. It was ok

Found roach in closet. Shower wasn’t that great.

Everything was good, the room was clean and service was nice. Only thing is that there was no tv remote

AVOID! I am not usually one to write a review good or bad. Although, I do tend to rely on them and probably should make it more of a habit. However, this is the first time, I have left a hotel early. We booked for 3 nights. Arrived the first night and check in was easy. The room was old but not too bad. It was missing the shower curtain, bath towels, and TV remote at a min. I stopped at the front desk and asked about those and was switched to a second room. It still had trash on the floor from a previous occupant. The hallway had an odor similar to that of drugs and both my son and I immediately started getting a headache. We tried to go to bed around 10pm but our new room, on the second floor, looked out over the pool area. Other guests were enjoying themselves in the pool and around it at least until midnight - I finally fell asleep at that point, exhausted enough to tune out the noise. Prior to going to bed, I passed a couple of the other guests (more likely residents) and did not feel safe. We ended up blocking the door to feel safer. Breakfast did not even look edible - we ended up going somewhere else and not risking it. We checked out and asked for a refund for the remaining 2 nights. I knew it would be hit and miss for the first night but the other was still 24hrs out. They refused - the sure stay promise is a lie! I wrote all my issues down since the desk clerk had a hard time understanding. He did not seem surprised at all and offered no apology.

There is no microwave at the breakfast hall. I have to go my room on the second floor to prepare my oat. You make oat available without microwave to make it. The elevator carpet is dirty and smells The bathtub has stains and the wc
