"Terrible and dismay experience"

Plse infested with fleas, was in room 200, I reported nothing was done...staff came and confirmed and took pictures. I will definitely report to the State Department of health and relevant authorities, I have pictures and videos of fleas biting my feet. Disappointed and disgusted. It need to close to fumigate....not aafe for human occupancy

"Worked for what we needed but nothing special"

The lobby was nice and the room was clean-ish. It worked for what we needed. The swimming pool was open and clean. My kids were happy with that.

The hot tub didn’t work and was lukewarm at best. No restroom one the first floor. Had to go to our rooms just when one of the kids had to go while swimming. Breakfast was mediocre but the gentleman working it was very nice.

Staff always remembers me, they are friendly & helpful. When I am in Plano this is the only hotel I stay at.
