MS Milenium Monterrey Curio Collection by Hilton

This was my third time visiting the hotel and like the previous times it was a great experience. I tried a room on the 1st floor this time with a balcony, and I'll likely choose this room again as aircondition kept up nicely with the hot weather. The room also had a bathtub which the rooms on the 6th floor didn't have, but it's quite high to get into if your legs aren't great. I enjoyed it though. The staff was friendly as always and the shuttle drivers are very experienced in navigating the busy traffic. The hotel is right across the Plaza Fiesta San Agustín mall, which is likely to have everything your heart desires, so it's very convenient. The restaurants outside and around the mall serves some great food. Ubers can be a bit hard to catch during peak hours, so booking one ahead in the app is recommended for this location. I will likely continue to book this hotel for any upcoming stays in the area in the future.

Rented A presidential suite. Room was extremely warm. The air conditioner would not cool below 77 degrees. Garbage was never picked up from outside the hall of the 10th floor Incorrect room was initially given to us and had to change rooms the next day

Everything was great, there was only 2 issues 1. Our room (132) had a water leak in the bathrooms ceiling, so the bathroom floor was wet and slippery the whole time we were there. 2. We ordered room service but we had to call 2 times and our food never made it to the room. Over all the place is great, great location, great staff and great pool. Would visit again

Excelente opción, aunque es antiguo está modernizado y las habitaciones son amplias y cómodas. El bufet del desayuno muy rico y el servicio muy bueno en general
