En gral todo, limpieza, calidad de alimentos, servicio de recepción, servicio de Gerente del turno matutino, la comida del día, el buffet de desayuno

El primer día que llegamos al hotel fuimos a comer la srita que nos atendió muy amable, de repente el Gerente en Turno me parece que es Fernando, se la llevó a su oficina y ya no permitió que nos siguiera atendiendo , además de que era muy poco el personal de cocina y ella tenía actitud de servicio, regresando a los 5 minutos llorando e indicó que ya no nos podía atender por instrucciones de su gerente ya que la había orrido, de manera tajante me contestó el Gerente que por motivos internos se tenía que ir . Considero que no era el momento sino debería dejar terminar su turno. Le falta diplomacia al Gerente.
