"Everything was clean and neat. The breakfast was delicious too."

The parking lot was closed gated which made us feel comfortable and not have to worry about our vehicle being broken into.

The location made it convenient being right off the highway.

The pool looked gross The workout room had moldy food in the towel bin Our rooms were supposed to be conjoined which I had requested immediately when I booked the rooms back in January and she could not give us conjoined rooms when I checked in

"Location was suitable."

It was chosen as an overnight point on a long drive, so convenience of the location.

Check-in process was very messy, still waiting on an over payment. The pool had not been cleaned recently. House keeping not guest friendly , removed towels before we had checked out. Breakfast not very inviting.

Very little!

Dodgy location on edge of an out of town industrial estate. Didn't feel safe and some strange characters in and around hotel. Pool was "green" - not available and awaiting a service engineer. Hand rails and carpets were "sticky". VERY strong smell of marijuana throughout all public areas. Staff seemed bored and disinterested. Rooms showing signs of wear and tear and in need of some TLC.

"Okay for the odd night"

We only used this as a stop over on our way to Memphis, we had heard Jackson was not a particularly safe town so were thankful to see the carpark was a locked area. It is a travel lodge and as such did the job for 1 night.
