Great location and strong service by staff, suite comfortable with separate living room area and outdoor patio

Suite needed a refresh, Wi-Fi unstable and weak

Watch out for Jerry, Front desk guy. Was very condescending and sarcastic. We paid for a Mountain View room, he didnt like my wife and gave us a parking lot view. We Asked if the water in the room was potable and Jerry made cheap comments that we could come get "FREE" water in the lobby out of a small water jug. Made us feel bad for asking. We would thank him for his time and he would ignore us. He talked us out of eating at the restaurant on site. Dead mouse in the pool.

Front desk clerk talked about himself WAY TO MUCH. We were just ready to get to our room and this guy kept telling us his life story. Also, we weren’t greeted when we walked in to the lobby, two guys just sitting there didn’t say a word. The screen door in our room fell off when we tried to open it. The couch/love seat in our room was stained and looked dirty.

The afternoon/evening reception man was pleasant The room was large & clean..

The morning man lacked customer service skills. He wasn't receptive to our requests of pool towels or ice. The towels were thin & old. The 1st day we received "pool towels". They were literally the thinnest beach towel I have ever experienced.
