Wonderful customer service, we arrived tired and frustrated after a delayed flight and when I called to let them know we would arrive after midnight they were understanding. Check in was quick, we couldn't figure out how to turn on the lights in the room and maintenance was at our room in 2 minutes. Room was very comfortable which allowed us to sleep in and the coffee in the hallway was amazing as well as the breakfast buffet, staff was very attentive.
