Loose toilet seat. No heat in room

Good staff and clean only problem was the air conditioner very loud and room.sermed humid and musky

We were in Chetek for the Beer & Rib Fest. The property was great, good location, clean, nice staff. We would recommend the hotel.

WiFi did not work at far end of building and desk clerks twice claimed that was just how things were. Stop advertising wifi if it doesn’t work. Also the carpet was so filthy I had to wash my feet before putting on my socks or getting into bed. Had to take out the garbage in my own room and dirty towels were not taken for 3 days. I’ve stayed here many times over the last decade plus and was shocked at how bad of shape the place is now in. May be making other arrangements next year.

The grandkids loved the swimming pool. It was close to our venue. The beds were comfortable.

Toilet seat needs replacement, slides off rim. Community swimming should conclude by 4pm. Not 6pm. Staff to be observant, making sure towels are on shelf, clean tables to sit at for breakfast. Observed 3 people cleaning off their own breakfast table while staff sat behind counter eating and talking amongst themselves. People of children being respectful of others who have placed towels on table to be used by other paying customers. A pair of hearing aides placed into the 1 towel was taken by a child and hear aides flew out onto the wet floor.. Staff.nor Mgr..took no responsibility.

Everything looked clean. Just had overpowering cleaning supply smell.
