My partner and I had a one night stay and everything was great. Very nice facility and staff. Special thank you to Mr. Aidan Lee for being very attentive and helping us with our bags.

The guys were so helpful and nice. My car wasn’t starting and they did everything to help me.. they went above and beyond for me.

Thrilled to say my wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our one-night stay at the Woodlands Waterway Marriott Hotel! This was our very first visit to this Marriott property and I must say it was one of the best we have ever experienced. Although it was a short stay, we had the opportunity to enjoy Acqua Restaurant and Bar and M Club Lounge. Both were outstanding. I want to especially recognize Mary who was the server in the M Club Lounge when we had breakfast on the morning of check-out on 4/3/26. Mary was so personable and professional and made our departure so memorable. Please thank Mary for setting such high standards for the Marriott Waterway Team! Next, I want to say how wonderful the room accommodations were while there. We had a Waterway balcony view that was spectacular. Rooms were clean, quiet, and fully stocked with the right amenities. Finally, we were celebrating our 54th Wedding Anniversary and the Marriott Team went above and beyond to recognize our special occasion with a nice bottle of Brut Champagne, Chocolate Covered Cherries, and a nice congratulatory card waiting for us in our room when we checked in. Thank you so much to all of you for making our first visit to the Waterway Marriott a spectacular and memorable occasion. See you all again on a future stay.

I parked at the Woodlands Waterway Marriott. It’s nestled in a welcoming area. The parking garage area was clean and easily accessible as I am handicapped. The service from the attendant was beyond helpful and much needed. He held on to my very heavy bag while I went to get my vehicle. He then proceeded to place it in my vehicle. He refused to take my cash tip and only asked that he provide him with a positive review of the parking! Well I can’t say enough positive things about this parking area. Please feel comfortable leaving your vehicle here for a visit or to leave it if you’re going somewhere else. I will be using them if I stay there in the future! Aiden Lee was my bellhop and he was the upmost accommodating. He went above and beyond his job requirements and also was good company to have help move all my decor in for my Masterclass. Carrying chairs and a 5ft tall gold mirror that was definitely not light. This man definitely deserves a raise and I couldn’t definitely see him in higher positions with the amazing qualities he has as a leader, hard worker, and just a good human. Thank you so much for this experience.
