"Need much improvements - escoecialy on the personnel trainings"

The location and the views from my balcony .

The personnel are extremely unfriendly and always present to be extra busy ! No attention to the clients . First morning I was blocked I the lift - no one even come to talk to me - I spend 30 min in a closed lift and only one guest come to talk and calm me down . The reception people are never at their desk and the card to my room was not working 2 time during 3 days - I have to change .
