Pas de repas alors que réservé, pas de douche alors que demandée, pas de corbeille ,pas de table de chevet, gobelets en carton, VMC bruyante toute la nuit, literie en plastique bruyant, ascenseur en panne, sol du restau collant, extérieurs non entretenus Minimum syndical à tous les niveaux je cherche encore les étoiles IBIS !
