Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Fond du Lac, WI

Quiet, clean, good size rooms. Tv did not work right. No towels in pool area. Only 2 towels in room for 4 person's. Breakfast ok.

How quiet and clean it was

Very nice hotel. Clean and comfortable. The curbs make getting a trailer in and out of the parking lot a challenge though. But was a nice stay.

The place was musty, stained carpet, stained sheets, and dirty! The shower was so filthy we couldn’t even take a shower in it. We complained to the front desk but the manager was “absent” so no one could help us. We left after the first night even though we were planning to stay 3 nights. Don’t stay here unless you want to sleep in a dump!

When we checked in, our room smelled of cat urine immediately upon opening the door. We went back to the lobby and that staff were incredibly kind in putting us in another room. This new room was a king suite which was spacious and the king bed was comfortable. It was loud with highway traffic and a train horn all night but the hotel staff can’t do anything about that, so I can’t fault them. There were 2 adults 2 kids in our party and only two shower towels. Overall, the customer service was great, but I’m not sure if we’d stay there again based on the initial room and the outside noise.

Close to Loves - needed gas. Easy in and off the highway.

Poor condition

Walking into the the entrance the landscaping is choked with weeds. There is a run down feel to the property. The person at the counter was a low talker and I had trouble hearing anything he said. My room did not have a hair dryer and the sink in the bathroom would not drain. The room’s furnishings were dated.

It's a solid hotel. Beds are nice. Plenty of room. Staff was friendly.
