The roooms had been updatedand were very clean and nice.

Someone needs to pick up the litter and garbage in the parking lot and around the buulding. One day our key couldn't open the gate to the pool and the desk staff couldn't help us. One morning the breakfast was incomplete and they ran out of coffee 1 hour before the breakfast closing time. No one was around to correct the issue.

Staff was friendly. The hotel is well kept and clean. The hotel is about a 10-15 min drive to New Orleans.

The pillows and the bed are very nice.The couch is very nice The room was very clean. The bathroom and Towels was very nice.two tv full size Refrigerator sink with sope to wash dishes room was nice and cold had a nice and quiet rest Excellent Best Western service
