Hotel itself looks very historical and stuck in the 90s area. Rooms were clean but outdated. Bed sheets smell fresh. Not haunted.

I like the hotel and location. The staff was professional. I have been going to that place for years. It would be nice for management to do anything for me in appreciation... doubtful

No spa, no business or parking pero en el bar me negaron servicio a las 9:45 pm por el mesero quien me communicator qué ya estaban Cerrando la caja cuando en realidad cierran a las 11pm

The Geneve Hotel enjoys an excellent location and has a truly beautiful lobby. However, the rooms left much to be desired. While I appreciate the effort to maintain the antique style, the carpets were dusty and unclean, and the amenities were very basic for a hotel that is not inexpensive. It may be a suitable choice for some travelers, but unfortunately, my experience was far from pleasant.

Great location & price

My recent 7 day stay at the Hotel Geneve was like a dream. The hotel is a historic 100 year old elegant masterpiece. The location is just a few blocks in one direction to the Reforma, it is walkable to the Roma Norte and Condesa neighborhoods and 3 blocks from a major transit center where one can use the excellent metro system and buses. It is also near to the Turibus, (hop on hop off) stop. Best of all it is in a teeming area of restaurants, art galleries, bars and coffee shops. I actually teared up having to leave. The staff were wonderful and attentive. If you are going to Mexico City and you DO NOT want the standard hotel that is Marriott, Hilton, Hyatt, Four Seasons this is the place. Can't wait to go back.

I stayed in one of only 4 executive suites. The staff was extraordinary. Probably one of the best stays I have had, and I have stayed in hotels around the world. I was treated very special. I highly recommend Hotel Geneve to anyone and everyone,.

Very classy, vintage charm, well appointed and designed, friendly staff, amazing location and clean comfortable rooms. A little dated feeling but that honestly was part of the charm. AC didn’t work well is my only complaint. But it was comfortable still.
