This is our second time to stay in this apartment for the purpose of attending the jazz festival & we just love everything about it. It is so clean & comfy & up to date. We really appreciated the addition of milk & water & tea & coffee supplied. Cameron was so obliging & helpful in adding a sofa bed at a late request & the carpark is so convenient.

Limited shelter at the main entrance door as we got soaked waiting outside on a taxi but I know no one had control over the weather but the rain seemed to puddle at the front door.

Excellent location, close to everything. Apartment was very clean and had everything you would need. The little extras didnt go unnoticed- milk being in the fridge when we arrived!! Travelled with 2 small kids and they had the best time. Would definitely recommend and we will definitely come back to The James Suites!! Tip: the Quayside car park is 2min walk away, with a ticket so you can come and go as you please within your stay. Paid on arrival and valid to 4pm on the day we left, cost only £24. Gave you peace of mind that your car was safe. Just as you cant park on the street all day, saves you having to constantly go out and move it. We stayed for 2 nights!! Was well worth it.
