The James Suites

Great location and central to everything in the city. It was beautifully decorated and clean and was perfect for our nights stay.

Location was perfect, walking distance to everything. Great breakfast spot called Hang Ten on the strand road, loved it!! We only had 1 night stay but easily could have stayed longer, James suites had everything you need kettle, microwave, oven etc. Would be a great place for a longer stay. We went with two kids age 1 and 3 and they had a ball.

The accommodation was upstairs in a narrow hallway, we had a double pram and it was a struggle. Parking around the streets is only 2 hours so we had to move the car a few times until there was space in the paid car park at the shopping centre near by.

Extremely convenient to Main Street with all the bars (5min walk in heels). Tesco also very close. Was clean. Nice touches like water/milk in fridge. Very quiet despite other apartments being right next door and on a busy street for traffic. Carpark close by is relatively cheap. Good large wardrobe and full length mirrors. Entry to the building was smooth.

We had booked for 4 people but only had 3 go in the end. The sofa bed would’ve been a bit small and the room a bit cramped for a fourth person.
