Amazing property

THE VEIW FROM THE ROOM WAS AMAZING THE SEA VIEW FROM THE POOL WAS CHERRY ON CAKE DEFINITELY I AM GONNA GO AGAIN AND HIGHLY RECCOMEND

THE SERVICE WAS A BUT SLOW AND THE ENTIRE HOTEL SLEEPS AT 11 PM HARDLY TO FIND ANY STAFF OR ANY THING NEAR BY NEAREST MARKET WAS 15 MIN DRIVE

היה קצת רעש מהצד שבשיפוץ...אוכל בבוקר חוזר על עצמו ללא גיוון.

Overall property was good. Beach was accessible. Rooms were very clean. In general, the washrooms in the property were very clean and we liked that. No restaurant in the property took any order beyond 9:30 PM. That is exceptional!! There has to be at least one restaurant that opens up till late. Most of the hotels in tourist places in South East Asian 5 stars are open till 11:30 or midnight.

It was a mixed experience for us. While the property was good, it did not meet the expectation given the price we paid for. For a similar amount, we stayed at JW Marriott in Phuket and the experience there was outstanding. I would like to call out : A Few good staff - Ms Name at the Cafe next to lobby is an outstanding , courteous staff. The big guy in charge of egg-station in Mangosteen breakfast section was very polite and receptive. Rude Staff - The lady in charge of soup station in mangosteen was very very rude. Similarly, another waitress in mangosteen was very rude.

Beautiful beach location, huge gardens with lots of wildlife. Great rooms/beds/ facilities

Amazing amenities, stunning pool, beachfront is 10/10! Children facilities are 11/10! The lobby and the general aesthetics of the plot is stunning! Away from the hustle and bustle of Ao Nang!

Out of the way so be mindful, you'll have to get transport to restaurants outside of the hotel and Ao Nang. The staff were not up to par with the majestic hotel. Unfortunately. Limited English and lacking professionalism at times.
