Basic things like screen sharing on tv, telephone in the room are missing.

Ein so schönes Hotel mit tollen Zimmern.

Alles bestens.

The location is good.

the room and carpet smelled terrible.

It was clean. Bed was comfortable.

First of all there were no slippers. No body wants to carry slippers in their small luggage for a 4 day trip. Lamps in the room sometimes did not work. The area hotel located was very central but absolutely not safe. So many illicit activities were happening in the street. Second and the worst part was: I stayed with 2 of my friends. After checking out they stored our luggage and in return they usually give tickets with numbers to identify the luggages. When we returned to collect them as it turns out they forgot to give the tickets. While we were trying to resolve this matter a Turkish speaking staf came (our native language ls Turkish) and willingly denied to help us by speaking Turkish. And said “unfortunately I speak turkish” and rejected any further help. His identity crisis and need for therapy sure is not our problem to solve. Even though rest of the staff was all right I gave low points. I do not recommend this place. Failure.

Overall experience was top of the noch. Breakfast was very good with all bio produce, and top quality. Very nice service, and nice rooms with a comfortable bed! Good location across from main train station in Frankfurt!
