Coral Princess Hotel

The property was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. I especially appreciated the welcoming atmosphere, convenient location, and the excellent staff, who made my stay enjoyable from start to finish.

The room was a bit smaller than I expected, but it was still comfortable and had enough space for my partner and me. The room did not have an iron, though a steamer was available as an alternative.

Me gustaría expresar mi insatisfacción, ya que el hotel no cumplió con lo que fue prometido en el momento del check-in. Se solicitó un depósito de garantía de US$250, informando que el valor sería devuelto inmediatamente después del check-out. Hasta el momento, el reembolso no ha sido reflejado en mi tarjeta. Además, la atención de la recepcionista fue extremadamente inadecuada y sin ninguna preparación para tratar con los huéspedes. Después de nuestra salida, ni siquiera quiso confirmar las condiciones de la habitación, y tuvimos que grabar un video para demostrar que no habíamos dejado nada fuera de lugar. Esperábamos más transparencia, profesionalismo y respeto en la atención.

The location

Mattress and pillows quite good. There was hot water in the shower and drinking water in the fridge. Walking distance to the beach and grocery stores. No far from airport (12 minutes drive)

No idea whats boutique about this hotel, maybe the fact that it's giving old hospital vibes? There where no simple use items available: empty bottle for shower gel, no cups in the room, nowhere to put any belongings, if you stay even for 1 night be ready to keep all your staff in the suitcase. Small smelly dirty pool with extra small space to lay down. Staff in groups of 3 chilling in the areas (which is basically few sq ft in total) for guests. Closed rooftop. Sleepless nights because of some gates opens and closes with noise and u can hear everything including steps. Not safe locker to the room door, my mailbox has more solid and reliable.
