Everything looked fine but when I got there the person at the desk wouldn’t take my prepaid card after I had Already spoken to him about the room already…. I was outside in the cold while it just started snowing really bad

I called ahead about the onsite washer and dryer, in which I was told was working and good to use,the washer worked, and the dryer did not. Power went out while my wife and I were eating in the room the night prior, and the morning of check out the power went out as we were trying to shower and get ready to leave

The staff and breakfast.

My floor smelled like weed and the room floors were stained. My bedding was also stained. An the heat didn’t work.
