Residence Inn by Marriott Breckenridge

Location was excellent, breakfast first day was amazing and the next 2 days was very regular. The room size and the cleanness was great. The hot tub had a beautiful view and was pretty warm.

The staff service was poor, I requested a crib, they didn't bring the crib, I had to call back, when they brought the crib I had to assemble it, the sheet for the crib didn't fit. They did not provide any city map or any information regarding the shuttle. They charged me 40 dollars for parking every night, and they charged 40 dollars a day for destination fees, plus the 120 I had pre paid on Booking, besides that the front desk mention that I could have a 20 credit of the destination fee so I used at the store and surprisingly they charged the extra 20 dollars.. bad experience, bad staff, bad service. I had issues with my reservation the hotel was not helpful and neither Booking.. I ended up expend a lot of money for a poor service hotel. very disappointed.

Great location, super close to main street, 5min walks tops.

Their rooms had the absolutely WORSE pillows I have ever seen in any hotel, tiny "roll" like pillow that was very hard. Had a nightmare of first night. Funny thing is they had softer ones inside the wardrobe, which was ok one but still not good. We had 2 rooms and both had the same pillow scheme. I kid you not, the worse pillows in 25 years of being around hotels. And my room had a bit of that wet badly dried smell, the other one didn't. Maybe because my room was close to the pool and people that stayed there probably went wet too often and it had no time to properly dry/clean.

Location and shuttle service were good hot tub nice but only one side of the hot tub the hurts are very weak!

We are extremely dissatisfied with our stay. Upon arrival, we were not provided a room with a view, despite Booking.com clearly advertising the room as such. Although we were relocated, the second room had multiple serious maintenance and safety issues that should never be present in a guest room. The carpet was severely worn with nails protruding through it, posing a safety hazard. Several light bulbs were not functioning, the door keypad fell off! Additionally, in the original room, the bedroom door would not close properly, and the kitchen table was unstable and propped up with a shim. These conditions reflect a significant lack of upkeep and do not meet acceptable hospitality standards or what was advertised at the time of booking. Given the number and severity of these issues, the offered $150 compensation is insufficient and does not adequately address the inconvenience, discomfort, and safety concerns we experienced. We expect this matter to be reviewed and resolved with appropriate compensation.

The holiday decor was beautiful!

The staff from the very beginning seemed very unhappy to be working there. I had booked what was on the app, a bedroom with one bed & a sofa bed in the bedroom & a sofa bed in a living room. That was not the case when I arrived. I had to ask for a bigger room. The staff was rude when having us leave the spa area at closing time. The bar was not open at all during my stay. The staff did nothing to accommodate or TRY to satisfy. So unhappy with this hotel..

The location was excellent and the tv channel access in the room was great.

Hardly any of of the food or drinks on the menu were available. Staff didn’t know much about how to book experiences or where to go etc.. not very knowledgeable.

It was located perfectly to walk everywhere we wanted to go - loved how we could park the car and be good to go for the weekend!

My only wish would be to have a 1/2 bath in the suite for the person(s) sleeping on the sleeper sofa so you don’t have to go into the king bedroom to use the bathroom.

I liked that it was close to a lot of different stores and food.

WiFi was not working, my tv was not working my whole stay. I kept asking the front desk to get things resolved but had troubles. Cleanliness was unacceptable I had to clean up myself and go to the store to buy product to clean. My sheets were not clean!

Me cobraron 40 dólares de parking, jamás he pagado parking en ningún hotel del mundo, el huésped siempre es primero… ya había pagado la estancia y me la cobraron otra vez porque según el pago no les había llegado…
