The hotel wasn’t the worst, but it definitely needs some improvements. The elevator was unreliable, there was no working iron in the room, the TV didn’t function, and no cups were provided. The beds were also very hard and uncomfortable. On the positive side, the location was super convenient — it was close to the stadium, which made it easy to get to the concert. That was definitely a plus. But overall, Comfort Suites offered a much better experience in terms of comfort and amenities.

We stayed here for a concert at NRG, it's easily walkable to the stadium and beats driving in or taking an Uber and dealing with the ridiculous traffic

Great place to stay. Front desk is not very accommodating or friendly but they are punctual and efficient. It’s well cared for establishment.

The room was very clean and the location is very convenient for me since I was attending a conference at NRG center. Breakfast is ok. It’s great that there’s lemon infused water at the lounge.
