We had a bad experience , hotel was in prime location and it’s 3 star hotel, when we entered into room we feel odd smell and staff is not polite .

The room and beds were clean, at least.

There was no toilet paper in the room and room service did not respond when we tried to call them with the phone in our room. We had to resort to using the tissue paper in the bathroom. We also ran out of body wash after only one of us took a shower so they clearly did not check to refill it. Paid wifi is also rediculous for the price of the room.
