La Quinta Inn by Wyndham Columbus Dublin

Outstanding bathroom/shower for handicapped. Bed comfort very good. Location close to restaurants.

Wish room had a sitting chair. Wish breakfast has potatoes. Had trouble getting side entrance to unlock using room key.

Rooms were nasty and the entire hotel, including the room was clearly under construction. You couldn't pay me to stay in this hotel or any other la quinta for as long as I live.

Room was disgusting. Several reports of windows being busted out in the hotel parking lot.

Super cute and close to a lot!

Floors were a little dirty, but other than that it went great!

The room was in need of some tlc. The door looked like it had been kicked in before and then hung back up by someone less than qualified. Light from the hallway showed around the door, showing how crooked the door was. From the outside of the door, you could also see light from inside the room. The latch where the door closes had obviously been changed before and the dents and cracks in the wood were very visible. There was a crack all the way beside the frame in the wall that looked like if the door had one good kick, the whole frame would come apart. The trim in the room next to the floor was coming off the wall and had holes that you could see down in. The flooring was not cut flush with the walls and you could see cracks down into the subflooring. Stains on the ceiling. And hairs that were not mine fell out of the folded bath towels. The breakfast was not good, tasted like it was straight from a carton or package without any seasonings and likely re-heated for 2-3 mornings in a row. The eggs were watery and had bland favor and I had to spit out the sausage because the taste was so bad. I am not a picky eater but school lunches in my childhood put this breakfast to shame. I made coffee in the room and brought my own creamer, and used bottled water to fill the one cup maker. I thought I was a coffee drinker that did not discriminate (I can reheat coffee in a microwave the next day and tolerate it) but I could not even finish my cup because it, too, tasted gross. I wish I would have spent $50 more and stayed in a different place.

The location is great.

The walls are so thin you can hear everything. We had someone above us stomping until 11:30pm, and when we called to make a noise complaint the front desk actually called our room back to tell us they notified the guest. Why would you call a room that was complaining about noise? There is construction going on, breakfast was a pathetic excuse for “continental” with a waffle machine, pre packaged yogurts, bagels, muffins, cereal, and eggs and sausage that looked very microwaved.
