Do chalé, funcionários atenciosos, café da manhã vem preparado.

Acesso pra chegar à pousada. Poderiam melhorar o piso. E outro ponto é que poderiam colocar mais poltronas(só tem uma), pois se alguém ocupa, tem que esperar sair. A cama com colchão muito mole. Não gostei.

As instalações são ótimas, em meio à natureza. O quarto que ficamos com hidro e lareira foi incrível. O café da manhã também é especial, com atendimento do Tom que serve todo mundo com maestria.

Acho que os funcionários precisam de ajuda. O Tom sozinho no café da manhã fica nitidamente difícil para ele. A recepção poderia ter alguém que nos desse dicas, que pudesse ser mais próximo dos hóspedes. Também acho que falta mais iluminação no quarto, é bem escuro mesmo de dia.
