Comfort Inn Watsonville

We had a quick family trip. Stayed two nights. The room spelled like mold. Couldn’t find where the smell was coming from. Finally I saw it was on a lamp shade. The bed was hard and the pillows were lumpy. The lobby was very clean. The elevator not so clean. Overall wont be staying here again.

Good location and price, clean and comfortable.

One of the night lights didn't work in my room -minimal complaint. My key card stopped working before my check out time. When I went to the front desk to reactivate, there was no one there. I ringed the bell multiple times but no one came out. I had to go find cleaning staff before I could get someone to help me so would suggest having someone at the front at all times.

Basic amenities. Hard mattress.

Bad experience, house keeping came to clean the room and left the door open all day, anyone can walk into the room, didn’t feel safe afterwards. Elevator not working, phone on my room wasn’t connected to report the issue, spoke to the Manager and he try to resolve the situation, offered 10% back, and re-training his crew.

A good clean, bed bug free place to stay! I would return again!

We had a comfortable stay. The clerk asked if we wanted a handicap room , which was observant as we are an older couple and larger in size, which we really appreciated. The room was clean and comfortable. The lobby and outside could use a fresh coat of paint, but the breakfast was a nice selection of protein and carbs.
