Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Mebane by IHG

Staff was not friendly or helpful for questions. Bed was hard. Room had ants crawling on furniture and tv remote.

First room smelled funny and after checking in after midnight didnt realize the terrible bug problem until the following day. They changed our room and apologized but no discounted anything. The new room was significantly better however one of the drawers in this room was taped shut. Ive stayed at Holiday Inns before but this one is barely better than a hotel that rents by the hour.

when we arrived they had us booked for only one bed . they changed and gave us a room with 2 beds. during the night someone tried to get in. told them in the morning. that night someone knocked and wanted to know who we were as they didn't have one listed for that room and i explained that we were moved and that was okay. the rooms were very clean the breakfast was very good we didn't use the pool but by what we could see it looked very nice over all everything went well we didn't see much as we werevisiting relatives

Good location and not too busy. Spacious king size room and excellent water pressure in shower. Nice front desk staff.

It’s on the older side, but everything seemed to work okay. The TV in my room was very small. I didn’t know they even still made tv’s that small. The bed was really hard. I woke up with my arms numb on a couple of occasions because the mattress is so firm. Also, the doors to the rooms close on their own and they’re metal, so they slam shut hard. This noise will keep you awake. It sounds like bomb going off when the doors slam on your hallway.

Good location for Chapel Hill, Durham, etc. great mattress.

I had a great experience here. The staff were very nice and the hotel was very clean. The bed were comfortable as well.
