I booked two rooms back in June of 2024 for a graduation. I had to change one of the rooms from one king to two double beds because grandson was coming. When I go the information about the room, it said the room could accommadate 5 and that the room had 3 beds. At the last minute an aunt decided to attend graduation, but couldn't find any rooms available in area. So thought it would be find with the 3 bed room. However, when daughter checked in (and was willing to pay for additional person) found only 2 double beds--no couch or anything --they made it work, but how would 5 people be able to sleep in that room? Also, when I booked the rooms, I asked for a handicap accessible room. I have back trouble and walk with a cane. I could just get my legs over the tub by holding onto the bars. I thought there should have been a walk=in shower. If I had been in a wheelchair, I would not have been able to shower. Also, if I were in wheelchair, I would not have been able to reach the soap over the sink. I feel it should have been more handicapped accessible==thinking of your future guests. When I booked the rooms, no one asked about my disability. I think maybe they should ask in the future

The customer service at this establishment was top notch very friendly and knowledgeable.

The staff, the clean room, everything was terrific!

The pancakes, they taste like rubber. I think switching to waffles like at the hampton Inn would be great!
