Eden Hôtel & Spa Cannes

It was nice. The spa was too busy and the elevator was very slow.

Beautiful place in the heart of Cannes will be going back soon

So we stayed in room 625. The air conditioning did not work. We complained. Someone checked and it still was not working. Nothing was done or offered. It was so hot in the room we slept with the window wide open meaning we could hear everything outside. You only got 2 bottles of water on arrival. Not replenished each day. Bar was supposed to close at 12. Was closed long before this. Plus side. Great location. Nice hotel. Pool and spa area was clean and tidy.

Good: location, room size with terrasse, continental breakfast. Not good: the smell in the stairs, cleaning staff complaining loudly.

Perfectly pleasant hotel on the Rue d’Antibes - air conditioning in room poor but it’s a reasonable mid budget option in a very expensive town

The location is fantastic, very close to ocean front, supermarket, restaurant, shopping, train station.

The room requires a bit of renovation, especially in the bathroom. The spa was decent ( sauna, jaccuzi, swimming pool and steam room) but the steam room was under maintenance. They have an outdoor pool but chargeable to use so didn't bother as walking distance to the beach. Apart from that great location as very central and close to the train station to get to other parts of the riviera.
