La Quinta by Wyndham Moscow Pullman

The rooms were clean and comfortable. We stayed at the Laquinta inn in Moscow the night before graduation at U of Idaho. We went into this knowing that the prices were going to be inflated, massively, and booked two rooms for 551.00 per room. Yes. This is crazy but our daughter was graduating and we wanted to be there early. My issue comes from the posted price in the room on the back of the door. On this post it says in bright red “max room rate 499.00”. I brought this up to the lady at the front desk (again very nice and kind) she agreed that this didn’t look right. She told me that she would contact the manager. The manager’s response was that “I signed the bill agreement when we checked in so I was agreeing to the 551.00”. Well. Sure. I had to sign in order to get into the room to even notice the posted price of 499.00. It’s only 104 dollars. But in my world, with my family of 6, every bit counts. Zero stars.

Convenience if booking. Easy access to main road through town and close by all amenities in case I needed something. Room was good for the price. Hot tub was hot.

Dated. Awkward dining area made it loud in the morning.

The breakfast was good. We appreciated the staff as they held the breakfast bar open for us as we just as came as they were going to close it.

Clean rooms, nice beds, everything was up to standard, the breakfast station always had food and a good variety for everyone, the bathroom was big, the view from the bedroom was awesome, and a great TV size to lay and relax to watch something.

Nothing to complain about here, everyine and everything was lovely.

Entrance from byway. Difficult to find.

wonderful breakfast. spacious room and bathroom. wonderful indoor pool and hot tub. wonderful open social area for enjoyment

pillows seemed old and not fluffy and full. Need additional pillows. Showers making screeching noises at warmer temperatures - need some fixing. Did not have a good viewing window to see outside -was behind the sign.
