The locations was great and the staff was very friendly and professional.

The only thing I did not like was the hair dryer in the room. It was not attached to the wall which made it difficult to use.

The staff that I dealt with was very friendly and helpful. The lady that checked us in did a wonderful job of even getting us a room where our dog was more comfortable. Great job to her!

"Inexpensive in a pinch but there are better locations"

Location.

Breakfast was okay. Not great, not horrible. Would recommend adding a second waffle maker as the line/wait to use it was long each morning. Shower curtain smelled like mildew. Hot water in shower screeched loudly. Bed wasnt comfortable and tv only had subscription options instead of cable (fortunately, a previous guest left their disney+ account signed in). Hot tub bubbles/jets did not work

The night staff was great, they were kind and professional.

The toilet wasn’t scrubbed so there was fecal matter splattered on the bowl. The remote was sticky as well.

"I liked the bed."

Although there was “breakfast” there wasn’t staff available to actually set it up. There was a few food items available during breakfast and the lack of staff made the refilling of food very slow.(we ended up going to ordering dennys for curbside pick up) I guess a staff or multiple staff members called in so everything was moving slow. No we stayed two nights. The towels in pool and room toilet paper ran out and we couldn’t get refilled as no one was available. We had to use room towels for pool but then we couldn’t get our room towels changed for dry one as no staff was able to do a load of laundry. We were told they were very behind on laundry. Luckily there is a Walmart next door so we were able to buy what we needed but it was annoying we had to pay extra for what should’ve been included.

Having to buy breakfast buy dry towels and buy toilet paper. Things that are normally included.
