We really enjoyed the stay. We stayed 3 nights and it was very comfortable, the fan worked fine and the cleaners do an excellent job! The staff did their best with English (its not a touristy place so it's not expected of them) and we managed to communicate fine. The washing was done on site and ready the next morning. We did a trip to the canyon through the hotel and it's recommended 🙂

It advertised a shared kitchen (great for us as we are vegans so cook for ourselves) but I not, it's a kitchen to order breakfast and lunch. Also, not at all the hotel's fault but the neighbour's on both sides keep each a pair of dogs outside most of the morning and late at night which they bark more than any place I have stayed before... again, not the hotels fault but definitely need ear plugs

- it is possible to have breakfast in the hotel for 60 pesos. Choice is limited but quality is ok - Room are quite big

- the owner were contacting us on WhatsApp to get a bank transfer to keep the reservation after 10 pm despite the fact there was a credit card on booking as warranty for the booking - once we reach the hotel the owner ask us to pay 35 pesos more for room respect to the price of booking. I do not think this is a professional way of working - it is not possible to get the bill on spot when you pay at the hotel and they ask you to request the bill on WhatsApp - rooms are noisy since there is no glass in the windows.

Fabulous. Spacious spotless rooms with everything tip top. Covered secure parking. Great cafe, reasonably priced with a range of dishes cooked to order. And the staff are lovely, kind, smiley, lovely.

No air conditioning. Now these days it is necessary. No fan that could be moved around.
