Four Seasons Hotel Amman

Everything about the property was amazing. The hotel is beautiful, elegant, and very comfortable. The staff were incredibly kind, professional, and caring throughout my stay. I came to Amman for medical treatment, and the hotel made me feel safe, relaxed, and truly cared for. The room was perfectly clean, the service was exceptional, and every detail was handled with warmth and respect. One of the best hotel experiences I’ve had.

Due to unforeseen circumstances I was required to stay at the Four Seasons for an extended period. My whole stay was excellent, but the staff in particular, were first-rate; attentive, polite, courteous and incredibly helpful. I had the most interaction with the breakfast/room service team, as well as the staff in The Foyer and they were all fantastic.

This is a fantastic hotel located within easy walking distance of malls, bars and restaurants. The rooms are spacious and immaculately clean as are the bathrooms and the beds incredibly comfortable. Modern controls for the lights addresses one of my pet hates in hotels - the sequence of switches required to turn the lights out or just a bedside light on. But here there are clear control panels rather than a variety of unmarked switches. Good air conditioning and supply of bottled water tops off the excellent rooms. The gym is one of the best I've seen in a hotel with a lot of the cardio machines positioned so you can watch the sun rise over the city. I didn't use the spa but colleagues did and said it was excellent. The breakfast had a huge variety on offer in the buffet as well as items cooked to order.

Our stay at Four Seasons Hotel Amman was fantastic. The hotel itself offers excellent comfort, service, and a high standard of hospitality throughout. A very special mention to Muhammad, who was our driver and guide—he was truly amazing and went above and beyond to make our experience memorable. He was incredibly kind, professional, and thoughtful, even treating us to one of the best Kunafah we’ve ever had. His warmth and dedication made a big difference to our trip.

Sultan was truly one of the best waiters at Foyer Restaurant—friendly, polite, caring, and always funny. We always loved spending time at the Four Seasons because the staff treated us like family. Their warmth and hospitality made every visit special.
