USProperty is basic but met my needs. Some remodel in rooms, Was very hot in 90’s and a/C held up

Only 4 lights very dim room. Sink leaked on floor. Black mold on bathroom wall. Cockroaches in bathroom on floor
My friend and I took a road trip to the area and stayed for one night. The room was clean but felt well worn. The hardwood floors were a nice touch and the restaurant that shares the parking lot was delicious with friendly service.
Ultra-friendly staff!! Very personable. CLEAN!!!!!!! No noise at night. Rooms are perfect for any trip. Highly recommended!!!
We think room 102 is haunted. We kept hearing little bangs and bumps at all different times
