Hampton Inn Shrewsbury

We stayed here one night while visiting friends in the area. The hotel is basic, but clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly, the breakfast was good. There is coffee and fruit available all day. The small pool and hot tub were empty but clean and well maintained.

We had an exceptional experience here - very clean and bright and a well-stocked breakfast. Unfortunately for us, we booked through the scam site Reservation Counter which not only charged us far more than the regular Hampton Inn would have but also a ridiculous booking fee. When I entered "Hampton Inn in Shrewsbury, PA" into Google, Reservation Counter was the first pop up under that search and so I thought that site was the Hampton Inn reservation site. IT WAS NOT and far more expensive that we needed to pay. Exercise caution and book through the motel directly or on a site you trust.

The receptionist had a list of Restaurants and circled the ones that serve beer. The place was what you expect from the chain with friendlier staff than usual.

Staff was super friendly!!! Very clean and nice hotel- breakfast was good!
