"Trip"

Business trip from Texas to Seattle heading back to Idaho a good location for this place in walking distance for food and entertainment the cleaning staff was very polite tonight and I'm still going to be here for another week or so while my truck is being repaired

"No free breakfast - but pet friendly"

We had a short stop over (one night) on our way from Idaho to Washington. They allow pets (for an additional charge). No breakfast, which was a surprise since other Travelodge hotels typically offer this. Check in and check out went smooth, no issues with room.

I recently had a weeklong stay at this Travelodge. As a single woman, safety is always on my mind while traveling alone. I was going to the bathroom in my room at 4 AM when the door to my room was opened. I always keep the safety bar in place (again - very cognizant of my vulnerability as a single woman in a strange place), so the door wasn’t able to open completely and I screamed and slammed the door shut. I immediately called the front desk and the night manager (a man) answered, cut me off, and said it was the cleaning lady who went to the wrong room. He was not apologetic for scaring the hell out of one of his patrons. When I questioned why a cleaner would be going into rooms at 4 AM he said that they were a 24/7 establishment…I don’t know if there was something shady going on there, but I do know that I won’t ever be booking with them again.

"Quiet and friendly"

Staff friendly and helpful, location quiet. Room had all the things one could need, bed clean and comfortable. A couple of small things: the staff not always available at the front desk, requiring waiting an undisclosed length of time for them to return when questions arrive. Also, you have to go to the lobby for cups for drinking water, tea/coffee as there are none available in the room. This property could use an upgrade to beautify/modernize, but not urgent and not a big deal.
